Risk warning
1). Warning statement
Ø The product has potential hazards, and proper protective measures must be taken during operation and maintenance!
Ø Attention should be paid to the warning labels of "No Stepping" and "High Voltage Hazard" on the products to avoid product damage and safety accidents!
Ø Incorrect operation of this specification may cause serious personal injury and property loss!
Ø The battery must be operated with the correct tools and protective equipment!
The maintenance of the product must be carried out by personnel with battery
Warranty
Provide 2-year free warranty and lifetime maintenance service for the products sold.
The following situations are not covered by the free warranty:
Ø Damage caused by force majeure;
Ø Damage caused by natural disasters (such as lightning strikes);
Ø Damage caused by improper operation or storage of users;
Ø Disassembling and assembling without the consent of the company.
Within the warranty, if battery cannot be repaired , for example , electrolyte leakage without collision ,after we confirmed if it's the quality of the battery , we will replace a new battery to you .
The user should inform our company in time if there is any fault in the process of use. It is strictly forbidden for the user to disassemble and repair the machine without the consent of the company. Otherwise, the user shall be deemed to give up the warranty right by himself.
